Shipping policy

All products are made to order with a typical lead time of 1-4 weeks. If the lead time is greater than 4 weeks due to increased sales volume, the customer will be notified. All items will be shipped as soon as they are made.

For international orders, it is up to the customer to provide the information necessary to clear customs such as EORI number (for businesses in the EU). The customer is also responsible for paying any customs or duty charges upon delivery if eligible.
