All products are made to order with a typical lead time of 1-4 weeks. If the lead time is greater than 4 weeks due to increased sales volume, the customer will be notified. Returns for unused products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be expected to cover return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

For product defects, mistakes, or errors reported within 90 days of purchase, a full refund or replacement will be issued and all shipping costs will be covered. 

Due to the nature of 3D printed parts, some non-functional defects may be present on products. This includes but is not limited to visible layer lines, slight warpage, rough support interface surface, color variation, and surface finish variation. No defect shall affect the fit, form, or function of the part and cosmetic defects will be within the limits of standard 3D printing limitations.

All automotive products are designed for track use only and have not been approved for street-going cars. User is responsible for checking local laws and regulations regarding product use for road cars prior to purchase. Fulcrum Design is free from any liability caused by the use of its products.
