Refund policy

Returns for unused products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be expected to cover return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note, for custom products, we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund unless there is a product defect.

For product defects, mistakes, or errors reported within 90 days of purchase, a full refund or replacement will be issued and all shipping costs will be covered.
